Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Billiri, Gombe State. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
