Waiter — Khana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Khana, Rivers State. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦240,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
