Gardener — Wayne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Performance bonus on top of base pay.
