Cook — Kanke

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Kanke, Plateau State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
