Machine operator (earthworks) — Aba North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Aba North, Abia State. The role involves: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
