The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts We offer $21 per hour plus benefits.
