Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Iguegben, Edo. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
