Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). 4+ years on the tools preferred.
