Join our team: fine-dining server (New Mexico)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Mora County, New Mexico. The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
