Halal butcher — Ikeduru

Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Ikeduru, Imo State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
