Waiter — Odukpani

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Odukpani, Cross River State. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Overtime paid at a premium rate.
