Bread and bun maker wanted in Mikang

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Mikang, Plateau State. The job is in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
