Baker — Orelope

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Orelope, Oyo State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 6+ years on the tools preferred.
