Deboner wanted in Chambers County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Chambers County, Alabama. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
