Retail butcher wanted in Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Madison County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
