Powder coating operator • Burutu, Delta State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Burutu, Delta State. You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦100,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
