Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Adavi, Kogi State. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Full-time, day shift.
