Cnc turning machinist — Piatt County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Piatt County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy machine shop. You will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54). Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Full-time with occasional weekends.
