We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Taura, Jigawa State. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking Full-time, day shift.
