Pipe tig welder — Agatu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Agatu, Benue State. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day to day you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
