Fry cook wanted in Apapa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Apapa, Lagos State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts.
