You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Day to day you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
