Powder coating technician • Kalgo, Kebbi State

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Kalgo, Kebbi State. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
