Back-of-house cleaner • Ado, Benue State

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ado, Benue State. You will be based in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦140,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
