Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Middlesex County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence The role involves: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
