What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
