Urgent requirement: steward (Cross River State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Obubra, Cross River State. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
