Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Lane County, Oregon. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts.
