Powder coating sprayer wanted in Denton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Denton County, Texas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
