Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Warren County, Ohio. The job is in a busy laundry. Your main tasks: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
