You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems You will seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses.
