On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker 3+ years on the tools preferred.
