Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Emure, Ekiti State. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts.
