Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
