Powder coating line operator • Bindawa, Katsina State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Bindawa, Katsina State. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Full-time, day shift.
