Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
