On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts.
