Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Daura, Katsina State. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
