Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
