Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Fort Bend County, Texas. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
