Formwork carpenter wanted in Comanche County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Comanche County, Oklahoma. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
