Mechanical press operator — Van Wert County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Van Wert County, Ohio. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Your main tasks: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
