Kitchen cook — Purba Bardhaman

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
