Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Curry County, Oregon. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
