The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
