Plastering hand — Carson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plastering hand in Carson County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge You should have: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
