Join our team: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. You will work on the moulding line. The role involves pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. Ideally you have basic grinding and fettling skills; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts; keen eye for casting defects during inspection. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
