Track-type tractor operator • Franklin County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Franklin County, Illinois. You will be based on a road construction project. Requirements: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems On the job you will handle: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
