Urgent requirement: oven operator (Taraba State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Gashaka, Taraba State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
