Steam press operator — Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Polk County, Oregon. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Day to day you will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments.
